  • Post Hospitalization Care
    We provide short term nursing care for clients who are discharged from the hospital and need support until they are able to return to their usual level of independence. Our nurses and personal care aides provide care and close supervision to lessen the anxiety of traumatic injury when making the transition from a rehabilitation facility to home and community.
  • Wound Management
    With our expertise in catastrophic injury and illness, we often eliminate or minimize the common problems associated with immobility that can lead to costly hospitalizations.
  • Assistance in Daily Activities
    Because our clients with mobility impairment have specialized needs, our nurses offer even more than nursing care. In this one-on-one care environment, our nurses may assist with light housekeeping chores, drive a client for an errand, or prepare meals.
  • 24-hour Coverage
    With our 24-hour on-call policy, our clients are assured of immediate response to urgent nursing or staffing needs.
